If you are getting married in New York State, Jessie should be the first person you reach out to! When we discovered Jessie’s work on her website, we quickly realized it would be a perfect match - we were getting married in the Hudson Valley and wanted somebody with plenty of experience capturing special moments in the beautiful outdoors of New York State. We loved how vivid and true-to-life the colors in her photos were, particularly those gorgeous greens. Her style is “looks like film,” which was perfect, as we wanted to pick a style for our photos that would feel timeless. On the day of the wedding, Jessie (and her second shooter, Lauren - also fabulous) not only took wonderful photos, but were so friendly and helped calm both ours and our parents’ nerves as we got ready. She VERY lightly directed us when necessary (we’re camera shy), but mostly just gave us the space to take in all the emotions and enjoy our wedding. When we look back on our photos, they feel very much like us - the gestures are real, the emotions are real. She sent us so many sneak-peeks literally the day after our wedding, which was such a wonderful treat as enjoy as newlyweds. We feel so incredibly lucky to have found Jessie. Hire her!
