Let's put it this way. We went to the venue, confirmed the wedding date, and I shot Jessie an email (or DM) within minutes saying we needed her for our wedding. She was the FIRST PERSON we told about our wedding, and by far the best investment. She captured all of our personalities organically - which is so unique compared to a lot of the other photographers we've checked out. Nothing felt or looked too staged in any of our pictures and we all look GREAT. I am a Makeup Artist and so used to being behind the scenes, never comfortable in front of the camera, and she captured the most flattering angles and candid shots that I never thought were possible. My husband as well isn't the type to want to be in front of a camera and he agreed Jessie was a necessary part of our wedding day, and the quality of our pictures, the vibe of the day. Everything was so perfect - i really cant express it enough. Such a well oiled machine, no fuss. I was one of those brides that had no idea what to do what questions to ask etc. and she made it very easy to understand with her questionaires. There was a point throughout the night we realized we didn’t get a pic with someone because it was impossible to wrangle her (lol) and Jessie was so good at ensuring we got pics of everyone necessary! Every detail is perfectly embedded in our memories because of her and i highly recommend this chick to everyone. Thank you for being easily one of the most important parts of our big day <3. Cheers

Jessie is incredible. Her talent is truly exceptional. She captures emotions and love and all the details you want and the moments you didn't even notice were happening but when you look back bring a tear to your eye. Her talent you can see in her work but what is harder to judge is whether she will be easy to work with on your big day. And hands down she knows how to read a day/ people. If you need to get on schedule she will nudge you along, if you need to chill she will relax you, if you don't know what you want she will tell you. My husband and I could not be more happier with our choice in Jessie, she was by far the best one on our wedding day besides each other.

Jessie is amazing, I recommend her with much enthusiasm and without reservation. Not only is her work incredible, she's also 11/10 an awesome human. For two people who rarely get photographed (read: never) she made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera, and you can tell in our photos that our reactions and emotions are genuine. She was great to communicate with, showed up on time, knew her stuff and was fun to hang with for a hours. My only regret is that I live far away now and can't hire her all the time! I think a road trip is in order...

What can we say about Jessie as our photographer? Nothing short of magical. Her work speaks for itself, you can see Jessie is talented, and has an eye for capturing moments in an intimate, almost cinematic way. What you can't see from the photos is the experience you have with her. I admired Jessie's photos on social media prior of needing a photographer. Fast forward to the hunt for wedding vendors-- Jessie's love of travel, hiking, and dogs made me schedule our initial meeting. My shy husband felt comfortable with Jessie and we immediately wanted to hire her. We love to travel and adventure, so our engagement session was in Scotland. Jessie was so eager to travel with us- we explored a castle, wandered our way down to a beach and continued our shoot in Edinburgh. We didn't know what to expect, but every moment was pure magic and fun. For our wedding, Jessie and her 2nd shooter Lauren arrived on site and seamlessly blended in with our day--even our dogs behaved with her! We truly love having her around, and my family/wedding party and other vendors commented on how kind and wonderful they were (also, several people have asked for her info to refer her out). Jessie was helpful, but not overbearing, and it felt like she's a part of our crew. As for the actual photos- she took so many amazing, beautiful images that truly captured the day. She is truly worth the investment, as these photos are timeless. We love Jessie and she will be our photographer for life!
